Phantom Blade Zero Platinum Roadmap — 100% in One Playthrough
You can earn all 66 achievements in a single playthrough on the easiest difficulty. No DLC, no New Game+ and no 66-day mode is required. The difficulty comes entirely from the order you do things in, because a missed side quest cannot be recovered without an earlier save.
The route that works: play the main story and take down bosses as you meet them, which covers the story and boss trophies naturally. Clear side quests as they appear in each region rather than leaving them for later. Collect Memory Flowers and Accessories while exploring instead of making a second pass. Work toward level 30 upgrades and the tempering counts for both weapons and Phantom Edges alongside the main story, not at the end.
Four things that make the route work
Region by region
1st region
Clear every side quest, Memory Flower and accessory on the way before pushing the story. Return the first stone to the Shadow Sentinel. Find the hidden boss inside the Crimson Manor.
Village of Lu and Pangzhen
Take Gen's quest and Young Master Lan at Lu Village while you still can. Your first You Loong encounter in Pangzhen counts toward the Steam-exclusive trophy.
Illusory Domain and the 5th region
Yucong's part of the four Great Puppets only completes after the Illusory Domain. One of them, Yuding, is across the frozen lake in the 2nd region — plan that backtrack separately.
Meigu Lake and the 7th region
You Loong, Yan Qiansui and the One-Eyed Archer fight at the lake — that is the meeting the cross-platform trophy counts. The Two Blade Masters are optional but the true ending needs them.
